Concentrix Earns Third Successive Win at Jin Yin Awards

Fremont, CA, December 27, 2017 — For the third year in a row, Concentrix was honored with the 2016 Jin Yin Best Customer Service Center-Technology Support award at the annual 51 Callcenter Conference in Guizhou, China. The Jin Yin awards celebrate companies that are leaders in the contact center field.

Concentrix earned the award for the excellent service its customer service team delivered from Dalian, China. Specifically, the company re-engineered its delivery model to be more flexible and faster to meet client requirements.

Awards entries are evaluated on the basis of The Call Center Industry Self-Discipline and Supervision Committee Instruction and 4PS Contact Center International Standard.

Hosted by the Call Center and BPO Industry Information Network (51Callcenter), the Guizhou Province Economic and Information Commission and the Guiyang City People’s Government at Guiyang, the Jin Yin Awards are comparable to China’s industry Oscars. The review process takes several months and involves trips to dozens of cities, reviews of thousands of documents and evaluating and briefing 150+ companies.
